Jaycee Walking Club

From Laureen, new for 2014… The Jaycee walking club!
I am extending you this invite to get you moving! Lisa and I started a Walking Club with our Weight Watchers group and the response has been great. It was then brought to our attention that this may be something that we could extend to include the Foxboro Jaycees. So Lisa and I are multitasking and melding the two groups together.Feel free to invite your spouse/friend or anyone that you would want to include.

We meet Saturday mornings, 8:00 am, Fruit Street Mansfield, WW II Veterans Memorial Trail (Bike Path). Just past the airport. We go for just about a 4 mile walk, takes a little over an hour, and we have lots of fun. If you can’t do the 4 miles come and do what you can and work your way up. I am happy to walk with you as do what you can.

I use Map My Walk to keep track of our time and distance. This is a free app that you can download to your smartphone, should you want to start keeping track of your exercise, minutes and calories burned. It has a lot of features that I am sure you would have fun with.
