2017 Spring Vendor Fair May 20 (and registration form)

The Foxboro Jaycees host an annual Spring Fair on the Common in May, this year it will be held Saturday May 20 (Rain date May 21). Since inception in 2010, this event has grown every year, and in 2017 we hope to have nearly 100 local artists, crafters, and vendors filled the Town Common from 9am to 3pm.

Products offerings include a wide variety, such as handmade quilts and clothing, woodworking, soaps and other body care products, pet accessories, handbags, candles and scented warmers, hand-crafted jewelry, photographs, painted glass, children’s clothing, games & toys, and so much more! There is also a bouncy house for the kids and raffle items available.

This fundraising event for the Foxboro Jaycees will help fund several community programs they coordinate, such as the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Caroling on the Common, Holiday Decorations for the Common, Bandstand Repair, Fruit Baskets for the Foxboro Discretionary Fund, Sand for Seniors, and other local causes they support.


VENDORS – REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

We are inviting crafters, artists, and vendors from the area to set up exhibits on the Common. Your space will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so please mail your form & payment today!

Your non-refundable registration fee of $45 ($50 if received after 5/3/17) includes the rental of a 10×10 space on the Common for the event. You keep 100% of the proceeds of your sales.

As this is an outdoor event, should inclement weather be forecast for the 20th, we may decide to reschedule the event to a rain date, which will be Sun, May 21st, instead. The final decision whether to postpone the event will be made on Friday 5/19.

The event will be free to the public and open from 9:00am to 3:00pm. You will be allowed to set up beginning at 7:30am and will be asked to have broken down your booth by 4pm.

While we will be publicly advertising for the event, please also feel free to spread the word among your network.
