The Chairman's Planning Guide is written documentation of how a project is run and details what would make the project run better, what went right, what went wrong, the chairman's impressions and wrap-up of the event, etc. By passing on the CPG to the following year's chairperson of a particular project, experiences can be shared, and measures can be made to make the project better and run more smoothly, and on budget.
