Foxboro Jaycees’ 2024 Fall Craft and Vendor Fair — REGISTRATION is OPEN for Saturday, September 28th
IMPORTANT NOTE, PLEASE READ: ONLY registration forms received by postal mail to our P.O. Box will be accepted. There are many scammers out there who will pretend they are accepting vendors on our behalf. Only the official Jaycee registration form and the types of payment on that form will be acceptable. Do not respond to any requests for payment, etc. from any individuals who may post under comments on social media.

The Foxboro Jaycees will be holding our Fall Craft and Vendor Fair on the Foxboro Common on Saturday, September 28th, 2024. We are inviting crafters, artists, and vendors from the area to set up exhibits on the Common for our Annual Event.
We hope to have a fantastic event this year with new and past crafters & vendors displaying their goods and services on the Foxboro Common!
Your space will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so please mail your form & payment option today!
Your non-refundable registration fee of $50 includes the reservation of a 10×10 space on the Common for the event. You keep 100% of the proceeds of your sales.
We will be able to accept your registration fee via PayPal, Venmo or by traditional check or money order. ALL registration forms MUST be mailed to our PO Box to be considered. Emailed registration forms will be discarded, unless explicitly requested by our committee. If you choose to pay with PayPal or Venmo, please ensure you check that option on our registration form, include your account information, and an invoice link will be sent to you. You will have 72 hours to pay your fee, or the space may go to the next vendor. If you are not the first vendor from an organization to submit a registration form and payment, your payment will be returned to you if you send a check or money order.
As this is an outdoor event, we have scheduled a rain date, which will be Sunday, September 29th. In the event of inclement weather, we will notify you one day prior to the event (Friday September 27th) if the Fair will be postponed to the rain date. No refunds will be issued if the event is postponed. If we are forced to cancel the event completely, a 50% discount will be instituted for any paid vendor who requests it for the next scheduled fair only.
All fees incurred from returned checks will be paid by the vendor in cash.

The event will be free to the public and open from 9:00am to 3:00pm. You will be allowed to set up beginning at 7:30am and will be asked to have broken down your booth by 4:00pm.
While we will be publicly advertising for the event, please also feel free to spread the word among your networks.
The proceeds of this fundraising event will help support the Foxboro Jaycees’ community service events in Foxborough and the surrounding area. To learn more about us, please visit our website at www.foxborojaycees.org.
If you will be selling food, you are required to obtain a mobile food permit from the Foxboro Board of Health at least 30 days prior to the event (or pay a late fee). Please contact the Board of Health at: https://www.foxboroughma.gov/boards_committees/board_of_health
