Foxboro Jaycees’ 2026 Fall Craft and Vendor Fair

REGISTRATION is OPEN for Saturday, October 3^rd

The Foxboro Jaycees’ 2026 Fall Craft and Vendor Fair REGISTRATION is NOW OPEN!

We are inviting crafters, artists, and vendors from the area to set up exhibits on the Common for our Annual Event which is taking place on the Foxboro Common on Saturday, October 3^rd, 2026, from 9am-3pm.

Rain Date will be Sunday October 4^th, 2026. (See more details on weather policy on the registration form)

Your space will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so please mail your form & payment option today!  Your non-refundable registration fee of $50 includes the reservation of a 10×10 space on the Common for the event. You keep 100% of the proceeds of your sales. 

ALL registration forms MUST be mailed to our PO Box to be considered.

• Emailed registration forms will be discarded, unless explicitly requested by our committee.
• Registration fees can be paid via PayPal, Venmo or by traditional check or money order.
• If you choose to pay with PayPal or Venmo, please ensure you check that option on our registration form and a link will be sent to you. You will have 72 hours to pay your fee, or the space will go to the next vendor.
• If you are not the first vendor from an organization to submit a registration form and payment, your payment will be returned to you if you send a check or money order.

While we will be publicly advertising for the event, please also feel free to spread the word among your networks.

The proceeds of this fundraising event will help support the Foxboro Jaycees’ community service events in Foxborough and the surrounding area. To learn more about us, please visit our website at www.foxborojaycees.org.

If you will be selling food, you are required to obtain a mobile food permit from the Foxboro Board of Health at least 30 days prior to the event (or pay a late fee). Please contact the Foxborough Health Dept at https://www.foxboroughma.gov/departments/health
