2020: COVID-19 Cancellations, Postponements and Changes

During the once-in-a-century global COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, the Foxboro Jaycees needed to make many changes, cancel many beloved events and fundraisers and all in-person get-togethers but still function as a healthy Jaycee chapter and support the community.

THIS IS AN ARCHIVE PAGE AND REFLECTS EVENTS OF 2020 – All Jaycee events have resumed a regular schedule, but this page serves as important reminder of how hard the Foxboro Jaycees worked to stay relevant and active as a Jaycee chapter and continue to help the community where possible during those uncertain and unprecedented times.

On nearly every page, the Jaycees posted this message:

The Foxboro Jaycees are closely following the COVID-19 National Emergency and are fully prepared to follow any edicts set forth by the Governor of Massachusetts. Out of concern for public safety, obeying the current restrictions on gatherings, and the need to do our part to help limit and mitigate the spread of the illness, we will be adjusting our scheduled events as required.

The Board will continue to monitor and discuss the situation. We will try to make educated decisions on what we feel is in the best interest of the chapter and the public as a whole.

We will keep you updated on our projects/events.
