In Loving Memory of Pete Sorrow

Our Friend Peter David Sorrow Jr., of Warwick, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2026, at the age of 67. Born in Norwood, MA, he was the son of the late Peter and Eileen (Poland) Sorrow.

A loving father, husband, and Pépère, Pete is survived by his three daughters, Shannon, Tina Marie, and Kellie; his stepchildren Michael Brown and Sandra Kuncho; and his grandchildren, Zachary and Samantha Brown. He was predeceased by his wife, Pauline Brown Sorrow, with whom he shared over 20 loving years. Peter held deep roots in Foxboro, Massachusetts, where he started his family, and spent many meaningful years. He proudly volunteered with the Foxboro Jaycees, dedicating his time and energy to supporting the local community.

An avid outdoorsman, Peter was happiest with a fishing rod in his hand or sitting by a crackling campfire under the open sky, surrounded by the friends and family he loved so dearly. He possessed an easygoing yet competitive spirit, whether he was lining up the perfect shot at a dartboard or tossing horseshoes on a sunny afternoon. He was a loyal New England sports fan, always cheering passionately for the Patriots or heading up to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway to take in the high-speed excitement of a NASCAR race.

His presence will be deeply missed, and his memory will be warmly cherished by the family, friends, and neighbors who shared in his journey.
