Chairman Planning Guides

The Chairman’s Planning Guide (CPG) is a written record that outlines how a project is managed. It includes what contributed to the project’s success, what challenges were encountered, lessons learned, the chairman’s observations, and an overall wrap-up of the event. By passing the CPG to the next year’s chairperson for a given project, experiences and insights can be shared to help the project run more smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.

CPGs and other archive documents are considered internal Jaycee materials and are not for public distribution. Any Jaycee may request a copy of these documents by emailing any member of the current Foxboro Jaycees board. All CPGs are stored on the Jaycees’ Google Docs.
