It includes what contributed to the project\u2019s success, what challenges were encountered, lessons learned, the chairman\u2019s observations, and an overall wrap-up of the event. By passing the CPG to the next year\u2019s chairperson for a given project, experiences and insights can be shared to help the project run more smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"861\">CPGs and other archive documents are considered internal Jaycee materials and are not for public distribution. Any Jaycee may request a copy of these documents by emailing any member of the current Foxboro Jaycees board. All CPGs are stored on the Jaycees\u2019 Google
