Jaycee Expense Form

When looking for a reimbursement, you must fill out the Jaycee expense form.  All receipts and documentation must be stapled to that expense form.  Also, when giving the treasurer checks to be deposited, please write the Line Item (LI) right above the name and address.  THANKS!
